    ... style as it has the opposite of it: A crust that is so high it makes the pizza look like a quiche or a pie. The deep-dish is a lot ‘deeper’ because, just like a pie, it is stuffed with whatever toppings you choose. I liked my first Chicago deep-dish cheese pizza but it will not be my favorite, it is too much of a quiche and too heavy for me… I guess some things are just at its best when they’re in their original form.Vic. ...
