      ... Eeek. Last night people in the city were wearing winter coats and boots. Last night, a guy we met in Lake Tahoe bought us dinner and let us crash at his house.       ... and headed to the pool. We saw some of Ella and Stosh's friends and played Marco Polo. Once again, we got ice cream from the ice cream truck and came home in time for dinner with their grandma. She made halibut, shrimp, rice, rolls, and green beans. Aunt Jess dropped me off at the pool to swim for awhile and when I got back I had a piece of Father's Day chocolate cake Grandma Monna got from the grocery store :)
