    We left Cumberland , MD at 6 a.m., 55 degrees, brisk! We drove through the following states: Maryland, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Ohio, Indiana, and spent the night in Champaign, Illinois. 86 degrees when we stopped for the night. Miles traveled today 580.6. TOTAL MILES - 861.6

At that point of rest, there is a large sandstone boulder that is original. There are 40 groves of trees being reintroduced into this large meadow. This was an area that had been strip mined.
