So tired. Overnight trains are just a disaster for any sleep pattern we may have created. But I powered on through. We have arrived in hoi an. There are tailor shops everywhere that'll make you anything you want in 24 hours. We are absolutely in our element. I've already decided way before we arrived to order 3 coats. Two for myself and one for Harry. We spent the morning playing around with fabrics and custom making everything. Slightly ...

... 8220;Market Restaurant” includes stalls around the permitter providing examples of food and food preparation. It’s very well put together with lots of yummy samples (don’t say yum, it means something rude), my favourite was the Banh Mi stall. I’ve struggled to find a decent Banh Mi and I was in heaven after my Banh Mi sample.

We decide to hire a taxi to take us up to ban Ann, which is has cable cars going up a mountain to a French providence. It cost us $30 each, we had a few pushy Asians at the ticket line. The ride up in the cable car was amazing, could see for miles and miles. It went for 5 kms up the mountain, over spectacular scenery. It is very green here and lush. At the top of this mountain was amazing buildings. So big and beautiful. We wandered around, along with hundreds of other ...

... songs. So wherever you go - there was always something on.

Around 10pm everything was over, and as if they were waiting for it, the Ancient Town was suddenly full of motorbikes as they were allowed into the ancient streets. They even drove on the main walking bridge, despite being full of people, but without any consideration they used their horn and people had to get out of the way if they like to keep bruises to a minimum. The cyclos were not any better. Again, ...

... we we had to go in there and have a Mojito, Long Island iced tea and another lemon based cocktail all served in buckets. Yum. I'd seen a wine bar so on a roll we went there for a bottle of wine and some platters. Scott and I were very excited to have cheese and baguette- mmmmm. It went well with our bottle of Pinot Grigio. Dinner was back at the hotel and we topped off the night with another Mojito and some yummy spring rolls, chicken with chilli and lemongrass and caramelised ...
