You get the sense that people here have to work harder to get their jobs done since there seems to be somewhat of an information gap between HQ in San Jose and here and people feel that the folks in San Jose are hard to get hold of or slow to respond. In some respect it feels like people here have to be more resourceful and wear multiple hats and count on each other more to get stuff done ...
