... of waves too! Of course, what we hadn't thought about is that a more secluded beach such as this one would retain it's natural beauty somewhat... Hence there wasn't a shop or restaurant in sight! Having not eaten lunch nor brought snacks or water, we were slightly concerned! Better planning next time... The beach is very long and narrow, and not crowded at all. This might be because other people had seen ...

    New teacher

A travel blog entry by gregglucking on Sep 09, 2014

I forgot to mention that this week we have a different teacher in class, David. Driving from North Berwick to the airport showed us some amazing countryside - makes me realise how much I miss this landscape compared to that of Majorca. The journey back to Palma was quite difficult - not sure if it was a delayed mega hangover or a bug ...

    Moving on...

A travel blog entry by gregglucking on Sep 05, 2014

I had to miss school today, pack up the apartment and head to Edinburgh for the wedding of Alex (James' uni friend) and Jane. I've been really looking forward to it, but it will be weird going home to the UK for a couple of days and still being somewhere quite different. I wonder how I will cope with ...
