... islands, and the occasional karst rising majestically like a giant's discarded tooth. Then the bows dropped and we were idling in a crystal clear azure sea, the view of the coral beneath clear as can be. 200 metres away was a pristine sandy beach, and rainforest stretched from just behind the beach to the highest point of the island. Welcome to Koh Bulon Leh!! Well, boarding the speedboat at Pak Bara was tricky; clambering from it onto a long tailed boat in choppy seas was ...

The smellest fruit but can taste amazing. Nothing is beating the fresh mango though. The ferry was not even half full and I cringe to think what peak season is like. Relaxing and reading the two hour ferry passed quickly as it was smooth seas and beautiful weather. When we disembarked we had ...

... amusing hours here last year with the girls, being fed horiffic food by hand by the owner. For now I'm in the sixth hour of my seven hour stopover in Chumphon. My Swedish friend is gone and I'm listening to an awful Thai singer attempt to cover Mariah Cary, despite not speaking any English. It's probably time for me to go to bed on my rickety train but unfortunately I've got to wait until midnight to do that! Maybe it's time to get into my PJs in Papa Seafood....... ...
