... right before the exit back onto the highway and the attendant came running to the car. As I started to get out he stopped me and stuck out his grease covered hands for my credit card. Full service gas stations are high up on my list of most uncomfortable situations. I like pumping my car’s gas…maybe not in the coldest of weather, but in general it’s nice to be able to get out of the car and stretch my legs. Maybe even take the time to ...
Memphis, Tennessee, United States dawncole... the driver so that it films while we drive through various sections of the globe and landscapes. I'm pretty stoked to see how his pictures and videos turn out at the end. He's good and angles and really likes the B&W that comes from so many pictures like I do. He got some sick ones from when I was dancing with Felix with the sun in the background through some trees. Ryan, stealing allll of those when I get back to Delaware.

...Richard Powney has left the country.
I dropped him off at Dulles airport yesterday and did my usual thing of legging it as quick as I could. I don't like airports. You always have to say goodbye to people that you don't want to have to say goodbye to.
Anyway, his stay has been brilliant and it's flown by. I think that's a good thing. We've had lots of beers, booze and brewskies and the odd bit of food here and there too ...

... to the RV Park, we headed back to have lunch in the Castle, and regain some energy to enable us to take a shuttle bus into town, to visit Memphis downtown and the Sun recording studio where Elvis cut his first record and had his first recording contract. The trip into town is a free shuttle service and stops off at the Sun Studio. The driver was good and explained what we passed as we drove past. We chose not to take the tour but waited for the shuttle to ...
Memphis, Tennessee, United States popusa2008... woke up in West Memphis, which is really in Arkansas, bought our tickets to Graceland for $28.50 a head began our tour. The tour included the Graceland Mansion, which Elvis purchases when he was 22. I'm 22. I don't own a mansion. My favorite part of the house was Elvis' TV room which has yellow vinyl walls and navy blue couches, along with his signature TCB lighting bolt.
