Malaga, United States gsteere... staff is well trained. It also has a nice underground garage with free validated parking if you shop at Safeway. They won't use a "store card" to comp you for discounts even if you are from out of town, though, so you might want to get a Safeway card if you'll be going there a lot. Driving in Washington is not too bad if you come from Boston, or have experience in, say, Cairo, as does the Girl. Parking is hard to find, though. The Girl thinks that walking in ...
Washington DC, District of Columbia, United States bucksmom... al lounge dove oltre alla colazione compresa potevamo accedere quando volevamo per fare spuntini e bere bibite di qualsiasi tipo gratuitamente. Ce ne siamo accorti all'ultimo giorno. Abbiamo fatto la colazione i primi due giorni al piano della lobby pagandola. Spiegato l'inconveniente non c'è stato verso di farcele abbuonare... Washington DC, District of Columbia, United States beetlejuice... often from the Philippines, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, Pakistan) and have two year contracts. During those two years they do not have a day off. The family must feed, clothe and take them to the doctor if necessary. Sandye's maid rarely watches the children but does vacuum several times a day, washes the marble floors every day and cleans the bathroom also every day. She does the laundry but does not cook (Sandye fixes the maid's meals). According to Sandye ...
Bellingham, WA, Washington, United States smfinchWe had an incredible afternoon and evening, visiting with my Cousin Tom, his wife Bunny, and their fabulous family! Am sure that my Dad and his sister Eileen (Tom's Mother) looked down and smiled, as Tom and I shared old family memories, old family photos, and new family details and lifestyles. Just this note for now, until I have a chance to upload my photos!
Chantilly, Virginia, United States pykesonthego... Good times :-P I am really hoping to go to some of the latin dance places around here... If I can just find the time/energy. Last friday I went to bed at 9pm which kind of hampers the whole go out dancing thing :-P Oh about a week ago I also did political campaigning handing out fliers and telling people to vote. I had one person tell me they would rather drink posion than vote for the candidate and another very large man toook the paper and then held it about six inches from my face ...

He received his MA in International Affairs from the George Washington University in 2004 before beginning his career in the field of international education, where he finagled his way into a position as a program manager, proving that his organization had no clue what they were doing. Following a brief flirtation with development work in ...
Washington, District of Columbia, United States danielwolfe... small space. Thanks so much! As we sit in the terminal in Newark awaiting our flight to Delhi there are a lot of emotions running through our minds. There's a lot of stuff we are leaving behind to venture into the great unknown. Man, I hope this works out well. I hope the kids are still talking to us in 3 weeks once they see what we have gotten them into. Oh well, we'll let you know.
Newark, New Jersey, United States whereugoing... where I indulged in some very nice things indeed. The only thing that bothered me about this store was that things only came in S,M, and L. And L corresponded to a UK 12 - which meant if you were any bigger than that you just couldn't shop there!! The place was full of shapeless, flat-chested stick women and I felt totally huge compared to them, but to be fair, I would rather look like I do now (perhaps minus a couple of pounds) than ever look like them. Nick ...
Washington, District of Columbia, United States loxias... actually saw him because of the stupidly long way away we had to stand, but all very exciting none-the-less. From here began what is affectionately known as the hike. From the White House, to the Washington monument, to the Jefferson memorial, to the FDR memorial and some particularly soaking photos. Then further onwards and joyous to discover a terrible cricket pitch, but we were in DC this was no time for cricket, further around to the Lincoln memorial, reflecting pool, WW2 ...
