Denver is a mile high - 5280 feet above sea level! It's a large ,clean, well organised city and we enjoyed visiting the Unsinkable Molly Brown's House, the Western Art in the Denver Art Gallery, the wonderful collection of art deco objects in the Kirkland Arts Gallery and the Wings Over the Rockies Museum in Hangar 1, an old airforce base near our place. Our house is an old steam plant converted to apartments, extremely comfortable.
