Sorry this is a bit late! Yesterday we woke up in the train at about 7am. Thankfully the screaming kid behind us slept almost through the night but there was a snorer in front of us!! We didn't have much luck that's for sure!! As it was a packed train we weren't allowed to move seats as there weren't any spare ones! Anyway we managed to get a few hours of broken sleep. Woke this morning to another glorious day of blue skies and sunshine. Was picked up by bus at 9am outside our hotel for a 4 hour tour of both North and South Chicago. The views of Lake Michigan as we drove up Lake Shore Drive is truly spectacular. This lake is so huge it is like looking at an ocean. Along the way we visited places such as Lincoln and Grant Parks.
