... about 40 blocks, and from there caught the train up through Harlem to Westchester.

I'd like to say thanks to the Searey community who I've had a few emails from offering assistance along the way, much appreciated.
I'd particularly like to thanks John Brennan and Margaret O'Shaughnessy from Ireland. John pushed, no, gently encouraged me to include Foynes as a stop on my ...

While coming across the bridge to New York you notice that all the skyscrapers are on the left side with none in the middle and more to the right. That is because the skyscrapers are built into bedrock to the left which goes down 220 feet. None are built in the middle because this ground is back fill and if they did they would sink. We head on back to Time Square and go back to the hotel. All in all another busy day.

On the way down we decided we would take the skyline "ride" tour as it was an included attraction on our pass and "Why not, we here". It was a show scan, something we would never pay for but something we did because it was included. Not much more to say there.

I can say I have now ticked off one of my bucket list things to do. HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE!! Tomorrow. We are starting the day with a pedicab ride around Central Park and then VIP ice skating at wollman rink. Late at night 10pm we will be doing top of the rock to see NYC in ...
