We left Bluffton this morning on schedule. The girls have been adhering to my somewhat rigid schedule. I needed to get going early as it's about a 6 to 7 hour drive from Bluffton, SC to Jupiter, Florida. We've scheduled to stay in Juno Beach with is just down the road from our old stomping grounds on Singer Island and Jupiter. It'll be good to see the ...

    Hi!

We have been visiting my my sister, Pat, & brother-in-law, Bernie, in Wellington, Florida. It is wonderful to see how well Pat is doing since battling cancer this past year. They have been the perfect host in their beautiful home and showing us the area. We have eaten at the best restaurants where I have had the best grouper ever!

In addition, they happily opened their home to entertaining my friend ...

Then there was this group of four women in, just guessing, their seventies. These were professional ...

... tubs. Our meal was really filling and neither of us could finish it all.

The rain was lighter when we left, but still sheet lightening but no thunder. We made it back to the hotel and got a drink from the bar. I couldn't make up my mind, a Khaluha & coke cost more than a cocktail, so I changed my mind and had a cosmopolitan & Andy a miller lite beer. The barmaid made me make my own cocktail which was fun. She nearly charged me for the Khalua ...

I stopped in Florida to pick up my Mom before I take off to Milan. This is her official birthday celebration trip, so we decided to have a little birthday fun before heading for the airport. Since we couldn't bring a gooey fruit tart cake through airport security, we ate it and home. But the pointy birthday hats in six glittery colors will definitely be packed in my bag and going with us. Security check points can be a ***** when they see something weird in your bag-- and ...
