We drove back to Kanaskat-Palmer SP and explored their picnic area. The Green River flows next to the picnic area, so we all walked down to the bank and jumped on the rocks next to the river. We enjoy the music from the many street musicians, and sitting at a couple of different parks in the area reading a book. We stay most of the day just meandering, snacking and taking it all ...

We have a lazy morning to let yesterday's late arrivals to catch up on some beauty sleep. We left our apartment about 1035 to head off towards the Boeing factory. Caroline and I have been there before. We were on the 1130 tour. They have tightened up the rules as to what you can take these days. On our previous tour back in 2012, we were told that you could have a mobile phone but could not use it to video etc. Now they ...

... words into the colourful display. It was a germ ridden shrine to loved ones. It was uniquely 'Gross'. Deciding to buy our tickets for the Victoria Clipper (the ferry across to Victoria on Vancouver Island) in advance, we walked through to Pier 69 (the Clipper departure site) and just along from it to the Seattle Art Museum (SAM) Olympic Sculpture Park, where we enjoyed an iced coffee (or more like frozen solid coffee!) We were fascinated by the freight trains ...
