    ... Adventures along the Lewis and Clark Trail" a Sierra Club Travel Guide provided ideas for biking, kayaking and hiking along the trail. I also used "Traveling the Lewis and Clark Trail" by Julie Fanselow.

    There are many websites that were helpful but the Travelpod rules seem to prevent adding hyperlinks to my travel blog.

    ... pretty picture' either!! One sea day...then my most anticipated stop: Myanmar!! Before leaving home I had contacted a fellow meditator who has relatives in Rangoon ( Yangon now) ...and she kindly put me in contact with Swe Swe who will be meeting me at the Port of Thilawa, and then together will taxi to the city proper ...a 15 mile / 1hour drive to spend the day. Looking forward to ...

    ... in December, I really hope he is telling me the truth. I just have to trust in what he is telling me. We spoke to Mum and Dad today after they were a little worried that we had fallen off the universe since Wednesday.     ... I finished with a cheese plate. It was then off to the Symphony of Light Show which Hong Kong is famous for, this was a little disappointing really, I have to say Shanghai was much better and it was not even a light show.     I haven't told you about my last couple of days in the beautiful Portland yet. So Sharon took me hiking in Columbia Gorge. It was stunning... so many waterfalls!
