We did a Priceline deal at the very last minute coming into St. Louis (I didn't think it would work, but Tony insisted), and I was impressed with how great a place it got us, we were able to walk RIGHT across the street to the Arch! The motorhome with its new tires worked beautifully and we had no problems. Phil, who
is as handy as Ron isn't, installed a couple of grab bars in critical spots so we old folks
can maneuver more safely,
Except for the wind on the travel days, weather has been cool but very nice and will be

Mini vacation!

... my shorts every morning! That and sleeping in my own bed and not being constantly soaked in sweat. Oh and also not having to be on my bike for at least 4 hrs every day.
Anyway Mikey’s just headed off to the supermarket for more food and also some wine so that we can celebrate his sister getting engaged!!!!!! Very exciting news Laura and Tom. I think I’m just going to have another little sleep…
