Neha and I wore each other out. Kept awake by coffee after coffee we visited Ballard Market, West Seattle and Pike Place Market in the one full day I had in the city. These were all great neighbourhoods of rustic coffee shops, neon signs and craft stores selling $180 rings that were no more than Wade figurines stuck to stainless steel. I passed on those.
Cold morning with snow topped Olympic mountains in the distance. We got up early today to finish shutting down and securing our house. We are sad to say goodbye to Seattle but can't wait for the adventure that lies ahead. Our friends Mark and Mitzy are taking us to the airport and by Monday we'll be in NZ!
