Sleepless on the way to Seattle

... I love seeing the little snowsuit icon on the weather page. I know when he appears, the weather is perfect for me.
It was heartbreaking to have to leave Thailand at the end of my November visit, knowing it was the BEST time to be there (and the most "challenging" weather time to be in Seattle.) I'm so pleased the little snowsuit icon has decided to stick around for my return.

Finally, the West Coast!!
... Hazard Adams, whose home overlooks Lake Washington in a suburb of Seattle. Not only did we get to see incredible antiques, we were able to purchase on Kindle Hazard's just released book, The Day the Dogs Talked. We chatted all morning. It was hard to leave, as we really enjoyed their company, but we needed to get back to Yakima for Monday's game!

... ist logischerweise hauptsächlich Hendrix und Nirvana gewidmet, bietet aber auch einiges zur Entstehung der heute verwendeten Gitarren und sogar ein Sound Lab mit kleinen Tonstudios, wo man selbst verschiedene Rock-Instrumente ausprobieren und das "Kunstwerk" aufnehmen kann.
