    Well the shuttle got us out to Las Vegas airport a bit early, so had brekkie and then ran into an Adelaide couple off our tour so had coffee with them prior to flight to San Francisco.

    Very good transport system here, we caught the airport shuttle Mono rail to the airport BART station (Bay Area Regional Transport) similar to Sydney trains, which took us into the civic centre stop where we managed the automated ticket system for the Muni ...

    ... In my head I keep thinking stay on your right stay on your right. On my drive we run into a little traffic on the way into San Fran but thank goodness for the carpooling lane. I stick to the speed limit but no one else does. I don't care as I don't want to get a hefty speeding fine. We hear California is expensive to be caught speeding. The weirdest thing we saw on the road was Garlic land - you can get everything including garlic ice cream, gross!!

    ... little place, but lots of shops for us to have a nosy round. Jette bought a rather swich pale green hat and a silk scarf. There were loads of jewellery shops, but too expensive to be tempting. There was a studio, called Studio 333 which was supposed to house over 40 different artists and looked quite interesting.     ... Once we land in Sao Paulo on the 19th, our flight to Belo is in the evening. We have about 8 hours to spend time in Sao Paulo. We have to plan for a city tour in Sao Paulo.Here is the itinerary.Sao paulo to Belo Horizonte 19th June, Belo Horizonte to Brazilia 25th June, Brasilia to Manaus 27th June, Manaus to Rio 2nd July, Rio to Sao Paulo 5th July, Sao Paulo to Dallas 5th July and finally Dallas to San Jose 6th July.
