      This morning we were up early at 7.00 and on the road by 8.00 arrived at Legoland by 9.00 and got early check in. We really dont know why we got on the move so early as we had 2 days at Legoland but thank goodness we did as the park is actually shut Tuesdays and Wednesdays ( I miss interpreted the info on the Website) anyway had a brilliant day.       ... missing was the clubhouse. It wasn't open that night. They urged us to stay another night since the clubhouse would then be open and we could shoot the breeze with the locals. Unfortunately San Diego and the Baja Ha-Ha events start on Saturday the 19th and we didn't want to miss the fun.

      That's it from Oceanside. Next stop is San Diego and all the fun, preparation, and trepidation, building up to the big adventure!

      ... seals which was and awesome site. Then we went to Torry Pines State Park and walked the 1 1/2 mile round trip to the beach with 300 feet high cliffs. The walk down pretty easy, coming back was uphill and was a chore. We were very tired after this and went back to the hotel to rest.
