So all this week I've been chilling out in Rancho Cordova, just outside of Sacramento California, waiting for my mum to arrive (tomorrow!!). I found a really nice couple to stay with on airbnb, and they are christians as well which has been awesome.

Thursday I went to downtown Sacramento on the light rail. I went to the Yellow 'tower bridge' and took pictures near the Capitol. It was really beautiful, but I ...

The Davis Famer's Market is a fixture in Davis, taking place downtown on Saturday morning and Wednesday evenings the latter over the summer. Sunday we went to see the premier of the play Folsom's Gold, which Jackie was in. Great singing by everyone. Then had dinner at Hop Sing with Jackie, her sister Jeanette, and John and Eileen who were also in the show. A good time was had by all. Yesterday we went to Coloma, where Sutters Mill is located, which is where the first gold was discovered, enjoyed this very much. Rich was very disappointed that he didn't get to pan for ...
