    ... Already? The last one was on Sparky for 10 years before needing replacement and
    this one has lasted 5 weeks. We saw a sign for a Camping World off the road and
    decided to see what they could do for us. They were happy to help us as it was
    within the first 90 days of purchase......but they did not have one. They
    looked around and the closest replacement is in Mass. We made arrangements to
    pick it up there in about 3 weeks or so.

    ... for New Hampshire mountains ahead. We passed a bunch of really cool stuff along a canal today. The Erie Canal connects Lake Erie to the Hudson River. At one time it was full of barges delivering goods. These barges were pulled by mules on a path along the side. That path has since been maintained and used for recreation.     ... maybe he was thinking of his own boat in Gippsland, and how small the Tambo River is in comparison and King Lake although big also pales by comparison.

    As we strolled back towards the car the sounds of a merry-go-round drew us to investigate. It was in an open sided pavilion I guess you'd call it. Memories of show grounds and fairs invoked happy smiles of our long ago youth!

    ... with good company rather than a motel. Jo, his wife and adorable kid settled us in before we all went out to the local Mexican restaurant for dinner. He told us how he had set up a community of around 20 people who all live together in the same neighbourhood and share the houses. They renovate them all together and try to live a fully sustainable lifestyle. Sounded like a pretty happy lifestyle! ...
