Since getting back from Yosemite, I've spent a day on a bike seeing all the sites and I'd strongly recommend this, however do plan your trip around the hills. Dinner was on our own and we chose the Franciscan Crab Restaurant at Fisherman's Wharf. We both ordered Dungeness crab. It was good but not so good as the price would indicate, and it was SO messy.
