There was rotation and a possible touch down about 5 miles from where we are.  We also saw that there had been very strong winds with wind damage and flooding in Decatur!  I guess it came right in behind us as we drove through.  The Lord was surely with us today.  We did not drive through anything severe or any high winds, and we didn't have any high winds at a campsite.  Thank YOU Lord ...

      We stopped at the "American Gothic House" roadside attraction. It is the house that inspired the famous painting by Grant Wood in 1930. The actual house is rented out and the visitor center was closed so we didn't get a pitchfork in our picture. Darn it!       ... I enjoyed it. When the play was beinging I saw the sent it was kind of weird how they set it up with two long strips of blue ribbon and red ropes.
