... the Main Street, we walked back the way the taxi had bought us, looking for somewhere to have a drink and lunch. It seems we must be in a soho like area, as there were plenty of gentlemen clubs this way. After traipsing about 3/4 hour we turned back to go back to Charleys grill, which was right next to our motel. Whilst stood at one of the many signalled crossings waiting to cross to head back, a fat greasy odd looking guy was edging his we towards us, I was a ...

... USA. It just looked like you were in a fairytale. All the buildings were so stunning all the colours and the shapes were just incredible. I spotted a HUGE giftshop which we almost ran into. Wow. They had everything. It was awesome. As you may well know, I am buying a pin badge from each place we visit as a small and inexpensive souvenir. Well, we could tell straight away that I wouldn't just be buying one! They had them for every character and for actual Magic Kingdom too. ...

It was a bit hard to understand this until we were trying ...

... it was beard removal in several different styles and over to east LA where got taken to some gangsta party and was invited to some house party with a load of massive hip hop guys battle rapping - just a little out of my comfort zone there, in an area notorious for gangs and gun shooting. Left the next day for San Diego where chilled by the beach and did everything but surf! Got hit on by a load more gays before deciding to drop down into Mexico! Crossed into Tijuana and stayed ...

    What happened to ANZAC day?

A travel blog entry by jimdol on Apr 24, 2014

... they were royally whipped by Collingwood.

Sydney airport was a bit of a faff. It was the slowest luggage collection I've ever seen, one bloke must have been unloading a whole aircraft himself, it was ages until we had all 7 pieces and headed off to customs who seemed to think we were nothing to worry about and waved us through. Then we joined the line for the Virgin domestic transfers, it was a it long but nothing to worry about, until ...
