I'm in Orlando for the Institute for Healthcare Improvement 26th Annual conference at Orlando World Center Marriott. The NUH better for you improvement programme is funding myself and Verity (fellow NUH Roosevelt Scholar) to attend. Verity set off 3 weeks after me so she'll be in the US until January 6th. Speaking of brilliant and awesome... we also were forced - seriously, we were forced - to try the candy corn soft serve ice cream cone... first they fill the cone with one of my favourite Halloween things: candy corn; and then fill 'er up with candy corn flavoured soft serve. Don't ask me how they do it, just smile and nod and enjoy every darn lick of the thing. Well, that's what we did anyway.
