    So happy - we made it through the storms (that showed up on the drive between Miami and Orlando) and congestion as a result of the weather whilst managing to gaze with amazement at the storm cells forming. What followed was an incredible lightening show and heavy rain that left us 1. thankful (that the whole thing was largely uneventful) and 2. amazed at mother nature.

    ... and Nancy had braised beef brisket which was served in a saucepan complete with horseradish mashed potatoes and veggies. Dessert options we chose were raspberry pavlova, orange pudding and a lemon tart. It was delicious! The live Irish music and dancing were an addd bonus. Such a lively atmosphere...we'll be back.
