      ... where they test out your spell casting, then I went and brought my own (Holly, 9 inches, Unicorn Hair if anyone cares!). What makes the wands cool though is that they are interactive around the park. You can cast spells in spots marked out on the floor, and the way you move the wand determines the spell and if done correctly unlocks doors, tips water buckets over, makes flowers open and so on and so on. My inner child had a great time!


      The Happiest place on earth.. so they say!

      ... sitting in a car. They had
      delicious oreo and peppermint milkshakes and good burgers.

      The safari ride through the open plain animal enclosures was
      pretty great at Animal Kingdom and the Everest ride was tonnes of fun. We also
      enjoyed the Lion King show here as well. The tree of life is pretty
      extraordinary and the bugs life show under it is pretty funny. One thing we noticed
      is that Disney has great attention to detail with real artefacts relating ...

      ... friendly!) waiting staff. We've yet to find a restaurant to do all of that better. However, tonight we are venturing to Disney's most expensive resort, the Grand Floridian, just two stops on the monorail, but a million miles away in germs of "class". Yes, well will see about that. All their restaurants are supposed to be excellent but tonight we shall see for ourselves if being really expensive means being really much better.
      I'll let you know.

      ... rope teams from the east, specifically Ohio, North Carolina, and Colorado. Very fun to see how many jumpers there are worldwide. One of the goals of World Jump Rope is to make jump rope into a community. The camp will be taught by many of the older jumpers from teams all over the world. Bryn is very excited about that as well. The awards ceremony was over early, relatively speaking, so we headed back after dinner. We are both exhausted!

I told her what had happened and that the restaurant was fully booked until we flew home, she looked at me and said plain and simple "don't you worry, we will fix it and get you another booking so they don't miss out" I think she was a bit worried when I stopped momentarily to say "really, you can do that" then started again when she said "of course I'll go and have a word to my manager".
