    ... but what was surprising was that you had to pay extra to view movies on the screen in front of you. The cost was about $8.00, so about how much you would pay for a student ticket to go see a movie at the theatre back home.     On arrival ay Ottawa airport, we go to check in on the self service kiosk and it tells us our itinerary doesn't match the tickets and to see a United Rep. We line up and first we're told she will have to find us another way to get to LA because yes, the flights were changed, but then she tells us the tickets are "unavailable" and are told that the tickets haven't been paid for.
