... 8217; to be written on it!) It turns out he had seen us before and he didn’t say it but it was pretty obvious that we looked like such travel bums that he thought it couldn’t possibly be us! Ha! He took us to the enterprise garage (he told us what to drink in Vegas!). We picked up the car, drove right out of the garage instead of left (because it said no left turn) so then turned left onto a side road to turn around. The side road was narrow because of ...

We wait about 45 minutes and while there are empty cars nothing seems to be moving. A transit authority worker tells the crowd there is a tree down on the line and it could be up to 4 hours before the cars are running again. We have to decide if we should give up our place in line to find a cab or wait. We decide to walk up to the closest hotel where ...

    Wine, wine and more wine.

... I thought was very good but definitely not as original as Chaya's. The only reason they won was because they brought more friends with them. We felt pretty cheated but, we ate and drank the beautiful, reduced wine from the vineyard and indulged in some awesome potato salad and corn bread (if you have never had this, you should absolutely try it! Sweet with a cake texture, it is something that I would not have thought accompanied a savoury dish but it totally works). I was slightly ...
