After making breakkie we decided we would head for Lake Merritt on the free shuttle (going Uptown this time) and see if we could locate the Whole Foods Market. ... buffets, southern food diners and traffic lights, not once stopping to take a breath. Nothing and everything had changed at the same time. Toral made a tear jerking speech about Liz and our Greenacres days and we met her wonderful husband, Theo. Everyone agreed that mama Liz was truly the happiest mama of the bride we had ever seen. We were young girls again just laughing, over sharing and bonding. Everyone had a different memory and our collective memories could set the scene ...

    Wine, wine and more wine.

... now all resided in a flat complex in Oakland. The other residents in Caitlin's flat complex were literally the nicest people. So friendly and welcoming, providing good steak and wine, scotch and just great conversation. I really got into the swing of things; hanging out and everyone just doing their own thing. Everyone had decided to go to the wine country for the 4th July weekend which is around 1 1/2 hours drive from Oakland. The drive here was beautiful and the rolling 'sand ...
