... and see first, shoot later. It was an altogether paler structure than I thought it would be, I guess because in the movies the bridge tends to be basking in the rosy glow of the Manhattan sun rising and setting. On Thursday we were greeted with a perfect winters day. The sun was shining and the temperature, although cool was pleasant. We headed out to try and get tickets to a tour of Carnigie Hall. Last time we were here we tried four or five times with no luck. Unlike most other places, Carnigie Hall tickets are only available from the hall on the day of the tour and they sell out in about ten minutes every day. So last time we missed out. And again today we ...

... To our right will be the west side of Central Park at all times. The first point of interest was the Columbus Circle. Named after Christopher Columbus this traffic circle is at the intersection of Eighth Avenue, Broadway, Central Park South and Central Park West. It is the point from which all official distances from New York City are measured. Time Warner Center, the headquarters of the Time Warner Corp. is located on the west side of the Columbus Center.
