      ... The city is a lot smaller than the others we have visited so far. The next stop was The Historic Milling District. A lot of the old flour mills are left abandoned and one which has half crumpled down is made into a museum. I also saw a couple of woollen blanket factories and noticed that North Star Blankets factory has been reused as apartments. We saw boats going down the Mississippi River having to go through a Lock, we took some photos of that ...

      ... While Barbara and Chadly entertained friends, we went to the St. Paul RiverCentre for the Festival of Nations. The place was busy with people enjoying foods from many nations, dancers, singers, musicians, and performers representing different cultures, and shopping in a bazaar filled with intriguing items.
