    ... We introduced our taste buds to Ostrich, Kudu, Springbok, Impala and a great local South African dish called Bobotie.  My favorite was the Kudu!  However, neither of us want to eat red meat ever again since we ate it nearly every day hah!

    - Cold, skim milk doesn't exist outside of the US.  Only lukewarm whole milk exists in Africa.  Yum!
    - Don't wear blue shirts around elephants, wear ear plugs if you are sleeping in a 2 person pup tent ...
