    We left Ticaboo, Utah and went to have a look at Lake Powell. Just missed the ferry by 5 minutes so had to drive around the lake which is huge as we headed for Tuba City in Arizona.

    We stumbled upon Glen Canyon in Utah which was real nice and would've missed it if we caught the ferry so worked out well. We drove through monument valley which is all the big rocks you often see in movies.

    ... br> So, the ribs were smoky, tasty and fall off the bone tender. Why can’t the common man, me, make ribs like this? Man, there were awesome. The sausage was one of the best I have had, too.
