We were going to go to Paramount Študio today but Dave's stomach wasn't too good so we walked to a supermarket called Galleries, it took us about half an hour to walk there. Dave got something for his stomach & we got some fruit, yoghurt, bread & cereal etc we were going to stop & have tea/coffee on our way ...

Shower first before the miracle massager got pulled out and extensively provided us both with several hits to our many aches and pains, from our 10 hour bonkers bike ride.
