      ... The queue was super long and I probably waited for thirty minutes but at least I got to have a chat to them and they signed my book.

      I loved the little stalls they had of popcorn, candy floss and ice-cream. They were really old-fashioned looking but I've always liked vintage.

      The photos will sum up a lot of my favourite things :)

      ... inadvertantly thanks Tom Tom) one lane road towards Yosemite. Again what a treat to see the backroads and pass delightful little farm houses and properties rising up as the hills became mountains. Up and up we drove and came to the park entry.       ... the road for LA. We stopped at Barstow to check out the factory outlets on the way for some very productive shopping. Holly and I snapped up some fabulous Coach bags at 70% off and some Nikes, also very cheap.

      We arrived back in LA after dark, all rather sick of car travel. We checked back into the Sheraton Gateway and readied ourselves for our next adventure...New Orleans tomorrow for New Year's Eve!
