We drove up Mullholland Drive to the Summit to see the Hollywood sign and the city. We didn't get any views of the city as the smog was pretty thick. On Landing in LA at 1100 going through customs the lines were long and inferesfingly the customs officer madeit clear budget cuts were the cause of the long lines.I was met by Wayne in the hire car , a welcome relief as it had been a challenging 48 hours of little sleep and much stress as I had missed the flight on the 7th due to the Jetstar cancellation of the Bali to Sydney flight meaning I had to purchase another flight to LA .
