    ... but as we are headed up to Hollywood to stay next we will leave that adventure till then.
    We found a really good Starbucks coffee there so got something to eat as the tour was 2 and a half hours non stop. You get earphones on the bus to listen to what ever language you speak and that is your commentary. We sat up top but the seats are hard plastic and soon became very uncomfortable.     ... We wondered about what had happened - but put it down to "America". We whiled away the afternoon in our room - watching the scenery pass us by.     ... back to drop shopping off and then headed to the place we ate the night before. Think by the time we say down to eat it must have been around 12pm.     ... the esplanade to a memorial. As we passed the entrance we walked past entertainers with large white and gold pythons, cockies and other 'exotic' creatures trying to make money from tourists. We made it to the stone memorials after passing the standard homeless vagabonds sleeping off their doses under the shade of palms. The sun continued to beat down as we walked back up to the pier, crossing the main freeway using a enclosed pedestrian walkway back onto the beach. The sand is clean ...
