Long day! Worked from home and cleaned up around the house so it was all organized for Randall. The headed to the airport was thru security in less than 30 mins. It was crazy fast. Then sat down to continue working and then to do some people watching.... That was fun! You see all sorts of things at the airport. Shaloma was so tired ... 2 hours of sleep. Our main reason for being in Houston was to visit the Johnson Space Center (JSC). We arrived at 10am and got a spot right by the entrance, because there were not many people there. We immediately jumped on the site tour. First stop was the actual ground control center used for the 60s to 80s rocket launches. The current ground control center is one floor down. ... to enjoy that peach cobbler and some pecan pie! The rain started coming down while we watched Mikky Ekko, a great entertainer that Brady really likes and eventually Martina McBride once the lighting storm subsided. (Not the rain though). She was as good as advertised! ... a weird brownish grey colour because the sea floor is clay and we see the reflection of the floor which looks all wrong but is not. We got our "forever" bag and loaded it up ready to give back to Matt as our shopping today took us OTT. We have a free afternoon and night it 3.00 pm.
