... girl in town. At the border there was a heavy pedestrian traffic towards Juárez. I do not know if that is happening each evening or only on Fridays when people go back for the weekend.

Due to rain and limited options, I have decided for a quick dinner at a burger place where I had Dr. Pepper, the only soda I actually like. It cheered me up. Soul drink so to speak.

Liviu and Anne, how was the b'day party yesterday? And Simone Z, happy birthday today!

We both ordered the same appetizer (too good to pass up!) We'll be leaving by eight o'clock tomorrow in the AM, in hopes of avoiding the high winds forecast for the late afternoon. We hope to be at Rockhound State Park west of Deming, New Mexico before they really turn on. Cross your fingers for us.

... I asked him if he would help me get a ticket to go see my mom. He said sure! When we got to the ticket counter, my money was no where to be found. That's when I realized it was at the DMV. I said to my new friend that I would pay him 100 dollors to drive me to the DMV. When we arrived Martha and David had already picked up the car. My money is gone. I sadly said ...

My favorite race of the year, especially because I can have fun and don't really have to worry about any of the logistics. This year it was extra fun because Jonnny came down to ride with me. It became clear pretty darn quick that we weren't going to be fighting for a podium spot so we just went out and had a fun time. Considering that he ...
