Lions
Today I went to go watch a Detroit Lions game. They were facing off against the Green Bay Packers. I was a Detroit fan before I came so i was supporting them 100% of the way. It was a nice day out and I couldn't wait for the game to start. They game was extremely intense. At half-time, Detroit was up 10-7. That soon changed and in the end, Detroit lost 20-23. Detroit Zoo (continued)
... truly a sight to behold. It was one of the highlights of my adventure. There were other cool animals there too like cassowaries and kiwis. I guess they really like New Zealand in Detroit. I later went to a store and bought some souvenirs and called it a home.

... row seats behind the Tiger's dugout gave us a great view. However, as the old song goes, "if they don't win it's a shame", as the Tigers lost to the Cleveland Indians. We had a good time anyway, eating sausages and pizza, drinking beer and wandering around the stadium.
Tomorrow we plan to visit the Detroit Institute of Art with Kelly and then hit the airport for a long overnight trip back to Honolulu.
