Our first stop on the road to South America was an overnight in Dallas, Texas on Spencer's B-day. So, I scouted out a famous BBQ place that was close to the airport and our hotel - Hard Eight Texas BBQ was it! We ordered a tray of meat - seriously. She will gesture at us to follow her. She will take her medicine for her ear infection if I offer a single M&M. :( I know, that's bad, but I need her to take her medicine. ... true here! The officer took the longest time to look through my passport. He asked me where I was coming from, and how long I stayed, and the purpose of my trip. The whole exchange took about 10 minutes. I saw another officer see 2 people through before the officer was done with me! Finally, he stamped my customs document and waved me through.
