      ... Maybe, but my best guess was that it was a bunch of little bugs in the weed that glow when they get irritated.       ... luncheon at 11:30. Don't know why it's called the Red Hat/ROMEO luncheon. The ROMEO part is "Retired Old Men Eating Out", so that fits, but no one wears a red hat.
