We made our way to the Millennium Park, which is built over the railway terminal. There were thousands of people there in the post-working hours daylight enjoying the late afternoon sun and the features the city had to offer. There was the Harris Theatre:

In the evening we met up with Paul, the guy we had met on the AMTRAK train, and had dinner together. Paul had stayed on the train when we got off at Denver so we all had a few stories to tell of the last leg of the journey into Chicago.

... a change of scenery. Canada is beautiful but, I need a new kind of beautiful. Something greener, maybe something older/newer. Maybe I'll even be able to see a mixture of sheep and cows rather than a whole field of boring old prairies filled with boring old cows. I guess it's the little things that make you love a place or anything in general.
