Today we woke up to a really nice sunny day, a little cool npbut so different from yesterday. We left early and was going to walk to the Route 66 sign but abou half way there I realised I was pushing my foot so we stopped, we had crossed the river and still had about 10 minutes to walk having already walked 10 minutes so I thought I would be making a mistake to continue, so glad I stopped because my foot did play up by the time we got back to the hotel. The sun slowly baked our fair skin, as there was no shade, but luckily I had a small brolly, so used it once I'd moved to the side of the boat.
