We are a day out. Because of the time difference. When I get to write this it is next day at home. Up later breakfast later. Decided to chill a bit as tired. Face timed James after breakfast. We took shuttle to airport to catch another shuttle to car rental place. We had booked it on line with dollar using a UK agent. Funnily when filling in the details using Geoff as driver. It had put him down as aged 30. When I checked it out it was showing his DOB as ...

... lodge foyer before we returned to the car and headed into Utica. The ever reliable in-car GPS directed us the few miles to Utica without mishap and we were soon making our way into the Alexander Winery tasting room. Wendy and Max were engaged by one of the attentive staff and were soon signed up for a 6 glass champagne tasting plate. We were ushered to the rear of the tasting room where a low table was readied for our tasting. The six champagnes were ...

... Ice Hockey is definitely a game we'd try and watch again. As I said at the beginning we're now in Chicago. We are pleased to say that we survived the flight, Lilly was a little under impressed with the 'bug smasher' plane we flew in. We navigated ourselves through two trains and a few blocks, without the aid of wifi, to probably the best hotel of the trip so far. Right next door is Gino's East ...
