I always thought I'd write some deep reflection piece upon my return to the States on what my time abroad meant to me. After nearly 2 months back home in Texas, still nothing groundbreaking.

Going abroad was definitely a monumental experience and one I'll remember for the rest of my life. The completely different working and living styles of Dubai and Saudi, the weekend trips to destinations I ...

Breakfast was at a cute little Mexican place with Maryann's aunt and uncle, 2 more ridiculously lovely people who I could happily have spent the whole day chatting away with and hearing their incredible stories. But Austin awaited and we set off to check out South Congress with its eclectic collection of ...

... as long as you were standing, you could see turns 2, & 16 to 19 pretty well from there too. ( we did have camp chairs with us while we waited for action ) The race itself was fairly uneventful, another Sebastian Vettel whitewash, but still a great spectacle, the noise is pretty awesome & saw some pretty good overtaking moves. After the race we followed the crowds to the other side of the circuit for the free concert by Pitbull, Fran loved ...
