    ... on the freeway when my transmission went out. I coasted for a while before coming to a stop and was unable to get going again. After a quick prayer...my car started and I was able to make it off the freeway to a Home Depot parking lot where I immediately called my Uncle John (he knows absolutely everything about everything...no joke!!). We checked in the hotel, walked down to 6th Street, to the nightclub district, walked in the Driskill Hotel, the old historic hotel, which is quite spectacular, then through downtown to the Colorado River and Lady Bird Lake.
