After packing yesterday, we all met this morning at 10 AM to start packing up the cars to head to the airport. ... It was also terribly dark so photography at such a distance was a disappointment. I did manage to get some photos afterward of some of the amazing costumes. So much creativity. The woman who won had the most phenomenal dress…a huge map of middle earth embroidered and then the front layers of book pages and when she lifted the crinoline it reveled her bloomers with the fires of Mordor!
