While listening to my most favorite song at the moment (Turtle, by Alana Davis), I've realized my trip has BEGUN!!!! It wasn't real until now. After the aquarium closed I went to Restaurant Eugene for dinner. It's one of two Atlanta restaurants on the 101 Best Restaurants in America list compiled by The Daily Meal web site, coming in at number 66.
I got the five-course vegetarian tasting menu plus the optional farm egg course. I had a pleasant meal. After dinner I headed back to my friend's house for the night.
Being at the right place at the right time makes all the difference. As the saying goes, "timing is everything".
