According to Travelpod stats, I have visited 11 countries and 55 cities. This doesn't include my trip to China in 2008, my trip to Krakow/Budapest in 2006, my trip to Europe in 2001, the work trips to Toronto and Montreal at a former job and travel with the continental US. So one would think, with all this travel, that I would be a pro at packing a suitcase and wouldn't mind doing it.
Just the opposite. I hate it. I loathe it. I dread it.

Fly out early from Bogota, connect in El Salvador to Chicago. Bus it to Milwaukee. Get a ride home.
There it is - 13 nights in Panama and Colombia. If I'm still standing when it's done, I will consider that a success. :)
Being slightly adventurous on this trip and flying with Spirit Airlines. They have super low fares and how bad can a 2 hour flight be? We shall see!

4) Both have friendly people. Panamanians are very proud, and Colombians were named the happiest people on earth in 2013.
I'm still in the planning stages of what I will do, but am discovering new things about both of these places the more they are researched. I'm excited for what's to come!
