    T-minus 3 days to departure and the reality of traveling to another continent for over a month is starting to set in.

    Things I have yet to do:

    • Get malaria prophylaxis and travelers diarrhea medication
    • Find a carry-on that fits British Airways size dimensions
    • Get beach bod ready (lolz)
    • Tie up all 1 million loose ends before I leave

    Ok, we got started on the bean field yesterday afternoon, but we still had almost half the field to finish with rain coming in tomorrow. Randy went to work today and I drove over to finish the field before the rain.     ... is a use fee trail and requires a permit. They have tubes to pay all along the trail. It is only $2 a day or $10 for a year. I sent them my $10 and feel it is a great way to help pay for something you use. The second thing I notice when I take off is the trail is concrete. Not sure how they got all that concrete back there, but it makes for a great trail. Check out the photos and hopefully I will have more in the future. ...
